Schuyler County Farm Bureau Foundation

The Schuyler County Farm Bureau Foundation is sponsoring scholarship awards for students enrolled in federally approved post-high school educational institutions.

Applicants should have either an interest in an agriculture-related career or a farm background, but not necessarily both.

Applicants must be at least high school seniors in the spring with intent to graduate and must reside, or their parents must reside in Schuyler County.  Scholarship winners and alternates may be chosen in case the winner is unable to fulfill their education plans in the Fall. Scholarship winners may only be awarded the Farm Bureau Foundation Scholarship 2 times.

Scholarships will be designated separately for high school seniors and college students.  The scholarships will be given in 1 payment following confirmation that the student is enrolled and participating in the appropriate course of study, after they have passed their drop date.

Applications must be completed and returned by the first Thursday in March by 4pm each year. Interviews may possibly be arranged.

Applicants can obtain application forms from the Schuyler County Farm Bureau office in Rushville or by emailing the Farm Bureau at scfb@casscomm.com
